Police are keen to speak to a man as a potential witness after a man died in Tameside.

On 20 Friday November 2015 a 43-year-old man died in non-suspicious circumstances at Tameside general hospital.

Police have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to as part of their investigation, as he may hold information about the circumstances leading to the man’s death.

Detective Sergeant Steve Lovatt of Tameside division said: “I want to stress that we want to speak to the man pictured in the CCTV as a witness only, as he may be able to help us to piece together how the man died.

“If you are this man, you are not in any trouble; we would just like to speak to you. Please get in touch with police.”

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 0161 856 9240 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
